আসুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক পিঠা রেসিপি (pitha recipe) নিয়ে বিস্তারিত।
উপকরণ:
চালের গুঁড়ো আধা কেজি, ময়দা ৩ টেবিল চামচ, পানি পরিমাণ মতো, লবণ সামান্য, নারকেল কোড়ানো দেড় কাপ, খেঁজুরের গুঁড় বা চিনি দেড় কাপ, সাদা তিল ভেজে গুঁড়ো করা আধা কাপ, ঘি ২ টেবিল চামচ। প্রণালী: নারকেল, গুঁড় ও তিল একসঙ্গে জ্বাল দিয়ে পুর তৈরি করে নিন। পুর ঠাণ্ডা হতে দিন। এবার চুলায় পরিমাণমতো পানি ও লবণ দিন।

Materials:
