《国有器官》(State Organs) 是一部加拿大纪录片。导演章勇进，主要描述中华人民共和国器官移植事件，拍摄期间长达七年，拍摄的难度在于受害者全遭杀害，犯罪地在中国、现场又被彻底清理以致查证困难，幸有少数参与者愿意挺身指证，初期被强迫器官移植的受害者几乎为被拘禁的中国法轮功信徒。

*State Organs* is a Canadian documentary directed by Zhang Yongjin, which investigates the organ transplant practices in the People's Republic of China. The film took seven years to make, and it was challenging because the victims were killed, the crime scenes were thoroughly cleaned, and verifying the details was difficult. However, a few people who were involved in the events came forward to testify. In the early stages, most of the victims who were forcibly subjected to organ transplants were Chinese Falun Gong practitioners who had been detained.
