On Stewie's first birthday, Peter kidnaps a circus for entertainment after cancelling the reservations Lois had made for Cheesy Charlie's for the special day. Meanwhile, Stewie runs away from home because he suspects that the `white coats' are going to put him back in the womb. Meg goes to her friend's house, despite her mother's objection, and her friend turns out to be a member of a suicidal cult.
